• By accessing or using the Zobbr mobile application (the "App") provided by Zobbrone Technologies Private Limited (referred to as "Zobbr," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. User Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.

3. User Content

• Trip Listings: Users can create and list travel trips on the App. Zobbr is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or quality of these listings. Users are solely responsible for the content they post.
• Travel Shots and Stories: Users can post travel shots and stories. By posting content, you grant Zobbr a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute the content.

4. Trip Joining and Cancellation

• Trip Joining: Users can request to join trips listed by other users. Trip owners have the right to accept or reject these requests.
• Trip Cancellation: Trips can be cancelled by either the trip owner or trip joiners. Zobbr is not responsible for any consequences resulting from trip cancellations.

5. User Privacy

• Location and Contact Sync Permissions: Users must grant location and contact sync permissions for the App to function properly. User data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Privacy Policy: Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and disclose user information. By using the App, you agree to the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Zobbr is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

7. Indemnification

• Users agree to indemnify and hold Zobbr and its affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from their use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

• Zobbr reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Governing Law
