Tour Packages:
Payment: Full payment required to book a tour package. Accepted payment methods listed above.

GST: Any GST charged on any transaction will not be refunded.
Platform Fee: Any Platform Fee charged on any transaction will not be refunded.
Pending Refunds: Any refunds pending on your booking will be credited to the same mode of payment through which you paid within 7-10 working Days.
Partial Refunds: Any case in which a partial refund will be issued will be calculated after deducting the booking amount and Cancellation charges depending on the time of Cancellation
Remaining Amount: Will be Calculated on the amount paid over and above the booking amount.
Ecommerce:

Cancellations: Before shipment: Full refund minus a 5% processing fee. After shipment, before delivery: 50% refund minus shipping costs. After delivery: No refund unless defective/damaged (return within 14 days for a full refund).

Service Marketplace:
Payment: Accepted payment methods listed above. Payments held securely until service completion.
